Ross E. Marburger, M.D.
Dr. Marburger graduated medical school from Indiana University. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgical Residency at the University of Kentucky and his Hand and Microvascular surgery fellowship at The Hand Center of San Antonio, Texas.
He is board certified in orthopaedic surgery with additional completion of Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand (CAQSH).
John P. Morgan, M.D.
Dr. Morgan graduated medical school from Ohio State University, after undergraduate pharmacy education at the University of Cincinnati. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgical Residency at Wright State University and his Hand and Microvascular surgery fellowship at The Hand Center of San Antonio, Texas.
He is currently a member of the American Society of Surgery of the Hand and Board Certified in orthopaedic surgery, additionally, with completion of the Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand (CAQSH).

Lebra Winiger, DPT, CHT
Lebra is a Certified Hand Therapist with over twenty years’ experience in upper extremity rehabilitation.
Lebra earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2010. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Health Science from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville.
Lebra is also a member of the American Society for Hand Therapists.
Amber L. Anslinger, OTD, OTR/L, CHT
Amber is a certified hand therapist (CHT) with multiple years experience in direct practice of hand therapy. In April 2010, earned her doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) from the University of St. Augustine, and in 2006, she graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Amber is also currently an adjunct faculty member at the University of Southern Indiana teaching in the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program. Professional memberships include the American Society of Hand Therapists and the Indiana Occupational Therapy Association.
